WE SELL ONLY THE FINEST PRODUCTS
Nearly 60 different gourmet coffees are available in both
whole bean and ground to order. Due to the volume of
green coffee beans we purchase, we have access to the
“cream of the crop” from around the world.
African, Central and South American and Indonesian
coffees are evaluated as each crop comes in and only
those that have just the right balance of flavor, aroma,
acidity and body are selected for purchase.
FRESHNESS IS THE KEY
The prime factor in high quality coffee is freshness. The
time from roasting to consumption is critical. We believe
that one of the key reasons that our coffee sells so well
is our commitment to getting coffee from the roaster to
the consumer as quickly as possible. We roast daily in Albuquerque
and roasting is done to order to ensure freshness to each
and every customer.
